A one day Art Therapy group to help you find your inner diva. Strengthen assertiveness and self confidence. Learn to identify healhty and unhealthy boundaries and develop and define your boundaries. Identify your inner critic and extinguish it so that it stops holding you back. 

Art background not required or necessary, each participant will leave with their Diva revealed
